U.K.: BOLESWORTH INTERNATIONAL – ONE WEDDING AND A BABY

Eight members of the Whitaker family are lined up to compete at Bolesworth International, 12 – 15 June. Among them will be Ellen Whitaker, her first international outing since giving birth to her baby boy in May. Britain’s favourite John Whitaker is also included in the line up along with daughter Louise, who has postponed her wedding by one week to compete at Bolesworth.

An exciting line up of international riders, from 12 nations, are set to compete at this inaugural event for a share of the £125, 000 total prize fund. Sundays Redrow Grand Prix is worth an impressive £30,000 total prize fund, and the show will host three Longines Ranking classes over the four days.  Many of the ‘Global Championship’ stars will be competing, including London 2012 Gold Medallist Nick Skelton.  Nick is very enthusiastic about the show, ‘I have competed at Bolesworth for the last four years and have been very impressed. I have seen the new facilities which look fantastic and they will certainly put Bolesworth on the map as a top international venue.’
