On Friday the new CHIO Aachen Magazine will be hot off the press. With extraordinary photo shootings, reports and interviews it arouses curiosity for the coming World Equestrian Festival, CHIO Aachen (July 11-20). The entire German dressage squad is shown in a different light: Instead of in a top hat and tails, the ladies in the team of the national coach, Monica Theodorescu, make a very convincing performance clad in magnificent dresses originating from the French Baroque period of the 17th Century: “The photo shooting was great fun, we had a lot of laughs. And I think the photos have turned out to be stunning,” commented Theodorescu. Furthermore, the NRW Prime Minister Hannelore Kraft explains why she certainly won’t forget her last visit to the CHIO Aachen and several special people reveal their personal opinions about the best equestrian event in the world.
The magazine costs 6,50 euros. It is sold at the offices of the ALRV and on the grounds during the show. All information regarding subscriptions (11.50 euros/year plus postage) is available per email via the Aachener Reitturnier GmbH: conny.muetze@chioaachen.de.
