CCI4* Luhmuehlen (GER): Fatal accident at cross country track

25-year-old German eventer Benjamin Winter fell off his horse during the 4* cross-country track at CCI4* Luhmuehlen (GER) while jumping obstacle No. 20 – the ‘Ariat Table’- with his second horse Ispo. He had already finished his first round staying clear with his horse Wild Thing Z. Benjamin Winter was transported to hospital where he died of his injuries.
