Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup Budapest leg ended with close results this year. 13 teams competed however with little success for Team Hungary not being able to start in the second round.
Generally, there have been quite a few penalty points at all teams so last year’s winner Belgium finished third with 25 penalties. Right ahead of them finished Norway considered as favourite with 24 penalties. Team Czech Republic was the winner of the day just like two weeks ago when junior team won CSIO ChJ in Budapest. Members of the winning team – led by Chef d’Equipe Martin Ohnheiser – were Ondrej Zvara, Emma Augier de Moussac and Ales Opatrny as well as Zuzana Zelinkova on 11 year old Holsteiner Caleri II with double clear rounds. The Czech quartet ended up with 20 penalties winning 9600 Euros and prizes in kind offered by KAP Jumping presented by the president of our National Equestrian Federation, Karoly Fugli and Ten Daria members of FEI Bureau.
