Geneva, the only Swiss event to host a step of the FEI World Cup driving, will again welcome the world’s best four horse drivers from the 11th to 14th December. Five teams have qualified, among those the Australian driver, Boyd Exell, who has a unblemished success rate in Geneva, as well as the Swiss Werner Ulrich.
In addition to the well-known figures, three wild cards have been allocated to the organisers. For the first time, two drivers from Swiss Romande will be taking part. Jérôme Voutaz, from Valais, fourth and first Swiss driver last year with his horses from the Franches-Montagnes, to Cyril Maret, from the canton of Vaud, who will drive for the first time in the Palexpo arena and whose season has been brilliant, as well as the Frenchman, Benjamin Aillaud, a regular at the CHI Geneva and best tricolour at the World Equestrian Games in Normandy 2014.
