2013 International Bromont (CAN): Final Stretch for Registrations

Although the registration period ended on June 1st, entries are still accepted for the July 2013 International Bromont show.

To date, the organizing committee confirms a good registration rate for the first week of competition, from July 11 to 14, 2013, but Roger Deslauriers, the show manager, expects a higher number, as well as for the CSI3* from July 17 to 21 and the CSI2*-W from July 24 to 28, 2013.

“We are delighted with the positive response to the addition of our first week”, says Roger Deslauriers, “but, as it is the first year and registrations ended early, we expect additional entries over the coming days, as well as more entries for the two weeks of International competition.”

As a matter of fact, for the last two years the show has sold out its stalls, a feat they would like to accomplish again for the vent. As Roger Deslauriers explains, “Obviously, we are proud of reaching this goal, because it means riders appreciate the event and the site. Again this year, we hope they will enjoy their participation.”

The Bromont venue continues with improvements started in 2010. The riders and horses’ comfort is their prime concern as it inaugurates a new semi-permanent barn.

International Bromont, leader in hunter/jumper events, presents three weeks of competition from July 11 to 14, 17 to 21 and 24 to 28, 2013. Held in Quebec, in the Eastern Townships region near Vermont’s border for the past 38 years, the International Bromont is the most important horse show in Eastern Canada with a total in bursaries and prizes surpassing $ 500 000, and is also one of the five major Canadian shows on the World Cup Circuit.
