Danish Warmblood: Jumping Foals with Excellent Canter

The first final at the Danish Warmblood EQUSANA Elite Show took place among the jumping filly foals. Two lovely fillies found their way to the finals; cat. No. 202 ”Hecas Carmina” by Cabachon / Landor S / Sandro owned and bred by the family Tschernja and cat. No. 205 ”Fiona Prydsholm” by Lagavulin / Camargue / Lobster owned and bred by Lisa and Per Andersen.

The title Best Jumping Filly Foal 2013 went to the incredibly energetic and expressive ”Fiona Prydsholm” which stood out as an expressive, leggy, noble and feminine filly which excelled with lots of surplus energy and an excellent, powerful and roomy canter.

Among the jumping colt foals the final battle took place between two very convincing foals; cat. No. 210 ”Casall Sem” by Cabachon / Coronado / Calido I owned and bred by Esben Pedersen and cat. No. 216 ”Lajgårdens Walliant” by Warrant / Pythagoras / Fundy du Mont owned by Steen Blicher and Nana Deveril Jensen and bred by Karina Josefsen.

The title Best Jumping Colt Foal 2013 went to the large framed and masculine ”Lajgårdens Walliant” which the judges described as a harmonious, muscular colt foal with good stallion expression and an excellent, roomy and well-balanced canter.
