Switzerland: Mändli has to say good-bye to three of his top horses

Swiss show jumper Beat Mändli has to cope without his three top horses Louis, Croesus and Cool and Easy in the future. He competed successfully on international level with all three horses. But last weekend at the CSI* Basel he rode the horses for the last time, as his sponsor Paul Büchler does not agree with his activities as trainer in the United States.

In Büchler’s opinion it is impossible to compete successfully riding his horses in Switzerland and at the same time to train the young American show jumper Katie Dinan in the United States. It has not yet been announced who will be the new rider of Büchler’s horses.
