Germany/Qatar: Bella Donna’s rider announced

As stated in the newspaper of the German city of Bonn, the new rider of  top mare Bella Donna – ex Olympic mount of Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum – will be 19-year-old Hamad Al Attiyah from Qatar. At present, he is the No. 1 of the Arabic World Cup League. It is expected that Hamad Al Attiyah will ride Bella Donna at the World Cup finals in Lyon in mid-April. Today, Bella Donna is on a flight to Dubai together with Utascha, Jeroen Dubbeldam’ mare which was also sold to Qatar.

The team of Qatar will be coached by Karl Schneider und Markus Fuchs who will train the top mares on a regular basis.
