Less than 2 days before the start of the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show in France. For the first time, the famous beach of Pampelonne in Ramatuelle is all white and blue, the colors of the Swiss watchmaker, to receive the best world jumping riders.
More than an event, the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show is also a true technical challenge for the organising team chaired by Denis Monticolo.
In a few figures :
- 200 professionals are working to transform a simple field in a five-stars equestrian center
- 1.5 tonne of sand has been necessary to create the arenas
- 1 competition arena of 85x40m
- 1 training arena of 50x35m
- 500 seats in a covered stands are waiting for the public
- 1 400 m2 of tents have been built for exhibitors and VIP
- 300 parking places are planned
- 150 removables boxes, 400 hay bales, 1 000 wood chips for the litter, and 50 liters of water by horse are planned…
